Transition

Interesting sky and cloud transition this evening looking west from the marsh. These photos were taken within a 20 minute time period.

Alright, I know what you all are thinking…Phil, those are ok enough sky photos but where’s the bird or alligator? Well you know I have to get in one egret sunset silhouette from tonight!

At first view on the last picture I noticed a long neck and an unusual bill and thought “strange crane”. Than my eyes moed to the left sight an recognized my fault. 🙂

  If you look closely you can see the egret’s tongue in it’s partially open mouth.

  Thanks very much! We had fun last night, but because I was paying attention to the clouds above me, I missed out on some alligator action nearby me. Realized it after it got too dark for pics. 😦
