Dropping In
Earlier this week a roseate spoonbill arrives in the salt marsh for an afternoon visit. It’s always a treat for us when the spoonbills are around. 🙂

He’s so pretty. Love the stretch of his toes and how it complements the wing positions. Beautiful! He’s very focused on the landing!
These pointy toes are indeed hysterical! They are pretty pink birds, a little goofy perhaps, but pretty. 🙂

Hey thanks Gareth, glad you like it! This was the day earlier in the week when we had 14 spoonies in the salt marsh at one time. I do have some pics that have 14 spoonies visible in the same shot. A new record for me.
Oh and of course Radar was there.

They are cute birds which is why I can’t stop myself from taking more photos of them every chance I get.
