I previously worked as a news and sports photographer. Recently I have been enjoying wildlife photography. My approach toward bird photos is similar to sports photography. I attempt to capture mostly action and hopefully a unique perspective.
That wing-to-wing shot of the eagle is incredible–you captured the full extension of the wings (and he is heading towards you and not away from you). Your shots continue to amaze me as I try to imagine how you are able to get such consistently beautiful shots of the different birds and other critters there.
Due scatti totalmente diversi, ma entrambi bellissimi!!
Saluti, Patrizia
Garzie Pat, I appreciate it! 🙂
I think I would have ducked if I’d seen that first shot in my viewfinder.
He did fly in a little close. I have a few shots where I couldn’t fit all of him in the picture, too close.

I appreciate that very much Mike thanks a million, and I’m glad to know you enjoy all the wildlife photos!
WOW WOW WOW. That sunset is just incredible. Great captures. 😀
Thanks for looking and glad you enjoyed that view of the marsh pond area. 🙂
What a gorgeous sky!
We do get some nice skies and cloud formations and it’s always better when it happens on a day I’m already there. 🙂
What a wicked sky – perfect for us landscapers Phil
Sometimes I get lucky and am treated to a nice sky on a day I’m over there hanging around already. 🙂
Both pictures so stunning in their different ways! The expression on the eagle’s face is awesome and the sky in the second – oh wow!
Thanks so much Maggie, so glad you enjoyed seeing these!
