Egret Convention

Well the egret convention was in town this morning and as is typical of most meetings…there is a lot of standing around and very little actually gets accomplished.

  I have no idea what goes on in these birds minds. Sometimes the whole marsh isn’t big enough for two birds to get along peacefully. Other times like this they all congregate.
  I know that sometimes if a huge school of small bait fish is discovered that will attract a crowd and everybody gets to eat something.
