I previously worked as a news and sports photographer. Recently I have been enjoying wildlife photography. My approach toward bird photos is similar to sports photography. I attempt to capture mostly action and hopefully a unique perspective.
This past weekend I spotted an osprey who spotted something down in the marsh that had his attention.
The osprey did one wide circle over the water but never dove down for the grab, so I guess he didn’t like what he saw after all.
Splendido volo, bellissimi scatti, come sempre bravissimo Phil.
Oh is that where Zorro went? At least he’s in good hands with you Phil. 🙂 Hope all is well with you and the marsh.
Hey great seeing you Em and thanks much for checking out these osprey shots! Things going well over at the marsh but got hot again and some of the alligators are crabby. 🙂
It’s still too dang hot, and I’m with the gators. Grrrrr
Brutal *again* today. But… that won’t stop us from hitting The Marshwalk at the inlet tonight for several cocktails. 😀
Nor me to ride my pony today. But tonight felt a little fresher. Still no rain though. 😦
He has a bird’s eye view of the world.
Really wish I could see what he sees!
Such gorgeous action shots…I do love to see these birds inflight.
Thanks Charlie I love seeing these cool birds too!
I’m sure I saw a ………. uhu, maybe not! I’ll try again later.
That’s exactly what I was thinking he was thinking! 😀
