Wood Stork Activity
Just a few wood storks from yesterday morning…along with a guest appearance by a spoonbill from the day before.
I previously worked as a news and sports photographer. Recently I have been enjoying wildlife photography. My approach toward bird photos is similar to sports photography. I attempt to capture mostly action and hopefully a unique perspective.

Come sempre splendidi scatti. Complimenti Phil.

Fantastic shots, Phil. Your birds seem so well behaved and far more co-operaitve than mine are. 🙂

Thanks Sylvia and yes they are mostly well behaved. If they want to be featured and blogged about they had better behave. And that goes for Mister You Know Who as well. 🙂

Well OK, pretty works. Glad you like these guys, they seem to be an acquired taste for most. 🙂

Gorgeous. I really like the first shot. And all the photos. I like the duo in the last one!

Well the pink birds kind of steal the show in photos like that last one but the wood storks are kind of cool. 😎

For big birds, once they get going they stay going. Well, until it’s nap time. Same as the alligators. 🙂
