Sliding In On A Friend
This afternoon in the salt marsh a cormorant dramatically arrived on his skis when he noticed his friend floating along in the same spot.
Besides the cormorants, we had a pair of pelicans out fishing that annoyed a blue heron to no end. But such is life out there when everyone is hungry.

“Here I come!” I guess it’s everyone for himself out there!
It was a fun day out there. The cormorants were mostly minding their own business but the pelicans were driving the GBH crazy and he was making sounds I never heard a heron make before, he was severely annoyed.
