Best Not To Wake Him…
Looking back at the swamp yesterday, we find one of the big boys snoozing the day away in the warm sun. He was all tucked in among the grass, reeds, and other assorted muck found in that area.
I kind of suspect that this is ‘his’ spot and nobody is allowed to disturb him.
I don’t know about you, but I think just leaving him alone with his nap is the best plan.

On our news the other night they showed an alligator walking across the road I think it was in Florida he was Huge.
Someone named him Chubby.

I remember seeing a huge guy crossing a major highway a while back.
Lucky for “Big Bubba” the traffic all stopped for him as he took his sweet ole time about it. Guess he figures he can do whatever he wants. 🙂

He’s quite large. Today I spotted Alli Baba gliding through the water here in our backyard. I didn’t invite him in for breakfast. 😅

Probably for the best you didn’t invite him in for breakfast. They rarely bother to wipe their feet, or paws, or whatever it is they have, and always end up making a mess they refuse to clean up after. Oh well.
Always love seeing the big guys anyway. 🙂

I know they sleep better than I do. If its a contest between who sleeps better; the alligator or the cat, not sure who would win. Probably a tie.

I would bet it is probably the cat. They even meditate while they sleep. 🙂

There is the expression “Let sleeping dogs lie”. This would apply even more to a big alligator like him!
