“Do You Like My Fish?!”
This egret must have been very proud of his catch! He stood up straight and tall and took a moment to show me his fish…then made sure I got a good look at it before he gulped it down.
I previously worked as a news and sports photographer. Recently I have been enjoying wildlife photography. My approach toward bird photos is similar to sports photography. I attempt to capture mostly action and hopefully a unique perspective.

Now, that’s just plain rubbin’ it in!!!

Giraffe! With a bill :). Sweet picture, love those eyes. That is a cute, poor, little fish, too.

Giraffe with a bill! Ha! I didn’t think of that, good one!
Yes sometimes you do have to feel a bit bad for the poor little fishies. 😦

Yes, yes I do like your fish. This goes well with Andrew’s recent post “BAD goes head to head”. Nice shot, Phil.

This is a bizar photo, looks almost unreal. It would be impossible staging it. Funny.

That’s what I liked about the photo, the straight on look of the egret combined with it’s impossibly long neck had a rather comical effect I thought.

Well I sort of, for the most part, spared you the full up close and personal sad fishie face on this one Sylvia, but yes, it is not a good day for our little friend in the sea. 😦
